Communication & Support Channels
To ensure consistency, privacy, and accountability, all official communications with PlackPay follow these guidelines:
- Email: All official announcements, legal notices, and formal correspondence are sent via our verified email addresses.
Merchants are required to maintain an active and monitored email address for such communications.
Our official emails are: info@plackpay.com, support@plackpay.com, or any other verified email address using the @plackpay.com domain. - Microsoft Teams App: Group discussions and private chats for merchant onboarding or support are exclusively conducted via Microsoft Teams App.
- Google Meet App: Scheduled virtual meetings, product demos, and merchant training sessions are held using Google Meet. Meeting links are shared only through official PlackPay email accounts.
- AnyDesk Desktop App: For screen sharing and live technical troubleshooting, we use AnyDesk. Screen-sharing is initiated only upon merchant request and consent.
We do not initiate or accept support conversations via unofficial platforms such as WhatsApp, Telegram, or personal social media accounts.
