Service Policy
Introduction
PlackPay Global LTD is a digital invoicing platform operating as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). We help businesses streamline their B2B billing and payment collection processes by providing smart invoicing tools that allow merchants to create branded invoices, track payment statuses, and issue secure online checkout links embedded within invoices as a payment button.
Our checkout supports card payments including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, and UnionPay through third-party payment gateways.
How We Work
PlackPay only works with verified and contracted merchants (not the general public). The transaction flow is as follows:
- A verified merchant generates an invoice through the PlackPay platform.
- The invoice includes an embedded payment link from our third-party payment gateways.
- The customer clicks the link/button and pays via card, mobile money, or bank transfer.
- The third-party processes and confirms the transaction.
- PlackPay marks the invoice as paid.
- PlackPay settles merchants every Tuesday and Friday after deducting the applicable agreed service fee.
Conditions of Use
- Only verified and contracted B2B merchants may use PlackPay services.
- Merchants must provide accurate business and banking details and complete KYC verification.
- PlackPay does not onboard merchants without verification. All merchants must provide valid business registration and undergo due diligence in line with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter Financing of Terrorism (CFT) standards.
- Merchants must ensure their use of PlackPay complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
- Services are strictly for business purposes and not offered to the general public.
Refunds and Chargebacks
- Refunds can only be processed if the transaction is unsettled. Once settled, refunds must be handled directly between the merchant and customer.
- PlackPay transaction fees remain applicable and are non-refundable.
- Chargebacks must not exceed 0.75% of monthly transactions. Exceeding this threshold may result in review, suspension, or termination.
Account Termination
PlackPay reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of fraud, policy violations, or excessive chargebacks. In such cases, a termination fee of not less than USD $1,000 will be charged before releasing any remaining balance.
Communication & Support Channels
- Email: All official communication is sent via verified @plackpay.com email addresses (e.g., info@plackpay.com, support@plackpay.com). Merchants must maintain an active, monitored email account.
